Personal Training –

We offer a variety of personal training options.

-Initial Consultation – This is FREE!  In this consultation we take body fat, do measurements, go through medical history, and talk about your goals.  We use all this information to create your individualized program

-One on One 1 Hour or 30 Minutes

-Partner Training Sessions 2 Person

-3 Person Sessions

-4 Person Sessions

Boot Camp-

45 minutes.  We offer instructor led Boot Camp classes that will push you to your limits.  These classes focus on full body strengthening and cardio.  Want to find your limits?  This class is for you! Click on the classes button to schedule your class today!

 

 

Gym Membership-

This limited number membership will give you access to our secure, state of the art facility 24 hours a day Mon.-Sat.  This membership includes our BCOD (Boot Camp of the Day) workouts!

Do our boot camp class times not fit your schedule?  We have a solution!  Our BCOD is a  different daily workout that simulate our boot camps classes.  You can come and do these on your own time with your gym membership!  Click the gym membership tab to sign up today!
